Cooperation principles

Our relationship with the Client is usually based on the retainer basis, a system which is commonly used in Poland. Nonetheless, some of our Clients choose the hourly rate compensation system. We usually provide comprehensive services, i.e. integrated tax and legal advice, although the Client has an option to limit the scope of our cooperation and select just the tax or legal area of our expertise.

In the case of tax related services that exceed the scope of day-to-day service covered by the standard agreement, in most cases our fee is calculated as a part of the tax savings gained by the company (success fee).
